The lid became jammed in my initial 4x 10min trial. It took quite a while for usps to do their part and Bob Lee of customer service was amazing the entire time. I noticed the lid wanting to over tighten in my second trial run, so I place duct tape over the canister lid to keep it from shifting again while tumbling and it works just fine. You have to clean it between flower loads and I found I prefer the slowest setting for 20min. The canister must be cleaned between each loading and I found that 10lbs of dry ice is more than enough for 4x 100gr runs. The condensation after repeated use becomes problematic and gums up the brush for cleanup. I'd like to see the tumbler itself sold as an aftermarket option to not have to clean while the remaining ice evaporates and perhaps a neoprene insulation kit to blanket the machine with to allow for more consecutive runs before it sweatts up again.
Since ordering originally and posting in a number of fb and research groups, at least 4 associates have gone ton the purchase the Rosineer PTX Pollen Tumbler, with another 2 in the wings. Bob Lee and customer service have offered discounts to all those who asked from my word of mouth and I've heard zero complaints from any of them. Well done, Rosineer and customer service!

Extremely strong bags haven’t experienced any problems or blowouts. Been putting them to the test. Had the pressure up to well over 3000lbs and no issues. Strong durable bags
This press is pretty cool. It is perfect for what I want it to do. Perfect size not too big, just right for a personal press. If you're not planning on pressing pounds this is great. I got the package with all the extra stuff. I would recommend to anybody who wants to start pressing their own rosin.

would like to say great product but bad support team. mine came with a broken screen and i took a picture and sent it to the companys email right away like the card says to do so if something was damaged upon receiving it. still havent had any reply except for this survey they wanted me to take. other than that motor seems good, made some squeaks and squaks and is pretty noisy on high speed but does what its made for! i just hope customer service gets back to me after seeing this review and help me replace a factory broken screen :)
:update: looks like im in contact with customer care as of now. ill continue to update this review as i am in contact with them on replacement.

I really like the texture of the thick bamboo. Solid base box and matching frames feel dense and well-finished; the magnetic pins line up cleanly, so the stack never wobbles. The Stainless-steel meshes (75, 175, 275 µm) are stretched tight; even aggressive shaking shows no sagging. The tempered-glass catch tray in the base lifts out smoothly for quick harvest and wipe-down.
Used this and it can take the 20t pressure for making my black powder pucks

They are thick glass jars. Looks nice. The glass is always the safest materials for concentrates.

Nice set to get started activating rosin. If you want to do small batches or experiment before going all in with bigger batches, this is a nice set for that.

The package that came was missing some of the discs for between the cap and the jar. They reached back quickly and sent out the missing pieces. The jars are nice, they seem sturdy.

Wasn’t sure what to think of this at first. Does a great job. Only thing that’s cheap is the magnets. First use the magnets pulled out of the plastic grips. Besides that it’s was a good buy.

It looks cool, but it doesn't heat up efficiently and I have to hold the button for over 10 seconds (on high heat setting) just to get enough heat for the dab to slide off. The terpometer is much better in terms of heat output.
