At Rosineer, we process and ship orders Monday through Friday except for the national holidays, when our warehouse is closed. We currently ship to the following countries:

Rosineer is proud to offer FREE ground shipping for destinations within the contiguous United States (48 states). For all other destinations and shipping methods, the shipping fee is based on the order weight, its dimensions, shipping method, and delivery destination. It is automatically calculated and displayed to a customer before he/she can complete the purchase. 

We usually process and ship our orders within 24 - 48 hours after they are placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information for your package as soon as the order is shipped out.

We ship orders via the following carriers: USPS, UPS or DHL. The transit time for US orders are usually 1 to 6 business days. It might take longer with international shipping. Please contact us if you have more questions. 

If you place your order by mistake or simply changed your mind, please contact us at support@rosineer.com ASAP, and we will cancel your order for you before it is shipped out. If you contact us with cancellation request AFTER your order is processed and shipped, the order will be processed as a return. Please note that all customized merchandise as well as special order items are not returnable.

We are not responsible for shipment lost or delayed in transit if the shipping address submitted by the customer is wrong or incomplete. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
