- Currently, Rosineer.com ships its orders to US and Canada addresses only.
- Shipping Fees
- We offer FREE SHIPPING for all domestic orders with the US shipping addresses.
For all Canada orders, the shipping fee is $69. Please note that all product prices and shipping fees are in USD.
- Processing Time
- Orders may take 24 hours to process before shipped, but we strive to ship them on the day of order. Please note the processing time does not include weekends and US national holidays, when our carriers are not available. For example, if the order is placed on Friday after 5pm, it will be processed only on the following Monday. Please plan accordingly.
- You will be notified via two separate emails once your order is placed and shipped. All shipments will be provided with tracking information. In some instances, there may be unexpected delays. If that happens, you will be notified either via email or by phone.
- Shipping Options and Time
- We offer standard shipping option only. Shipping time varies depending on your shipping address.
- Order Changes and Cancellations
- We understand that sometimes you may want to change or cancel your order. If that happens, please contact us at email@example.com immediately. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will help you with the requested changes. However, once your order gets processed or shipped, no further changes or cancellations will be made.
- Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Address
- Rosineer.com is not responsible for returns or lost packages that are the result of submitting incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. If your order is not received and is returned back to us by the carrier because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will either issue a refund excluding shipping / handling and restocking fee or re-ship the order by charging an additional shipping fee. If an order is not returned to us and is in fact lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you are fully responsible for the loss; we will not issue a refund or re-ship in such a case. If the package is shipped via UPS and we are charged for address correction, we will in turn charge you.
